Skill Levels
• When dealing skill DMG to an enemy, he has a 40% chance to [Stun] the enemy for 3 seconds. If the target resists [Stun], its Move SPD is reduced by 24% for 5 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
• When dealing skill DMG to an enemy, he has a 30% chance to [Stun] the enemy for 3 seconds. If the target resists [Stun], its Move SPD is reduced by 18% for 5 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
• When dealing skill DMG to an enemy, he has a 20% chance to [Stun] the enemy for 3 seconds. If the target resists [Stun], its Move SPD is reduced by 12% for 5 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
• When dealing skill DMG to an enemy, he has a 10% chance to [Stun] the enemy for 3 seconds. If the target resists [Stun], its Move SPD is reduced by 6% for 5 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
