When Jörmungandr deals Skill Damage, it additionally inflicts poison attribute magic damage equal to its M.Atk *1000%. This damage is doubled against monsters and reduces the target's Move Spd by 20% and the Upper limit of moving speed by 30% for 5 seconds. This effect can stack up to 3 times.
