Soul Vow

Every time a monster is killed by Blade Soul, 1 Soul can be obtained. 5 Souls can be obtained when a player is killed. 3 Souls can be obtained each time a teammate is killed. Each soul increases your Pen. By 2%% and Crit. Dmg by 3%%, lasts for 60 sec. Up to 10 can be collected.
